Documentation: The Vendor must have a GST number, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Current Account while trademark will be optional.
Product Listing and Quality:
Accurate product descriptions: sellers are typically required to provide detailed and accurate information about their products, including size, colour, materials, Weight ,country of Origin and other relevant features or specifications
High-quality images: Clear and professional images are essential for showcasing products effectively on the Website.
Product authenticity: Sellers must ensure that they are selling genuine and authentic products.
Product safety and compliance: Products must meet all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping:
Order processing time: Sellers are expected to process orders by schedule and efficiently. Sellers who do not process their Order on time as per schedule may be penalized by the marketplace.
Shipping costs: The Seller must be clearly display the maximum retail price and selling price of the product taking into account shipping cost and taxes etc.
Payment Settlement: The payment settlement for the seller can be proceed only after the return period on any product has passed, which may range from 15 to 20 days.
Promotional activities: Policy about promotions and discounts on any product will be provided by the marketplace from time to time to its respected sellers through e-mail, text message or whatsapp.
Customer Service: The sellers are expected to all customer inquiries with promptly and professionally manners regarding the best mechanism and combination of any product. It is important for a seller to resolve complaints efficiently.
Intellectual Property: Sellers who do not have their copyright or trademark rights are expected to display their trademark or copyright within 6 to 12 month of registration on the marketplace. Otherwise, the seller’s GST number and their displayed products may be banned forever from the marketplace.
Performance Standards:
Key Performance Scales (KPS): E-commerce platforms Brasslo may set performance targets for Sellers such as order fulfillment rates, customer satisfaction ratings, and return rates. Therefore all the reputable sellers are expected to provide their best services to customers.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: We do not offer any reimbursement and compensation policy for any kind of damage and wrongnes to any product now. We expect our respected Sellers to fully comply with the Consumer Act, Data Protection Act and other Acts established by the Government of India and Provincial Governments. In case of any legal disputes, only the Aligarh, UP, India jurisdiction region will be applicable.
