Return Policy: Dear customers, if you are not satisfied with your current order then Brasslo Marketplace offer you with easy returns and refund facility.

- Product can only be returned during the return period. The details of the return period are mentioned on each product page. - You can request a return to most of the products listed on brasslo.in marketplace that were identified as a returnable product on the product detail page.

- Such products are returnable whose parts are poor, some parts are damaged or not available or the product you have ordered have not received the same product.

- An important point of our return policy is that returnable products can be accepted only after the problem is verified. - We do not provide “Product Replacement” facility to our respected customers.

- If the trend of product returns by the customer is seen repeatedly, then the Brasslo account of that customer can be closed permanently.

- If a customer tries to refund a damaged product with dogma, changing its form or changing the product, then strict legal proceedings against him can be implemented.

- While returning the product, all the accessories, screws, and tag etc. in the packet will be accepted back in the all original form, otherwise the return of the product will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

The time limit for returning the product you have ordered will be valid for the next 10 days from the date of product delivery.

-This is very cleared policy that If you have used the product, have spoiled packaging or tag etc. then the product will not be accepted back.

-If you do not like the product or for any other reason you return it and once we receive the product we will initiate the refund process for you. In case of prepaid payment your refund can be done through the same mode or to your bank account or Brasslo Wallet.

-To return any product you have to apply for a return request. Once the logistics boy receives the return packet from you, you will get your refund within the next 4-10 days, which will be informed to you.
